Test what matters.
Measure what counts.

Honest test records for products and systems physically evaluated by Sustainable Oasis under documented conditions.

LAB TESTED means physically evaluated by Sustainable Oasis. A commercial relationship never raises an evidence level. Verify current specifications, safety, fit and site conditions before purchase or installation.

EVIDENCE STANDARD

A test is a record, not a badge.

We use LAB TESTED only when a product or system has been physically evaluated by Sustainable Oasis under documented conditions.

Sustainable Oasis lab energy testing setup

Every test record must answer.

  • 01Test ID, purpose, date and time, so the record can be found and repeated.
  • 02Setup and conditions: site, ambient state, configuration and tools.
  • 03Inputs and outputs with units: power, flow, mass, time or other relevant measures.
  • 04Raw data, calculations, uncertainty and any derived values.
  • 05Limits, safety notes, failure modes and a conclusion proportional to the evidence.
  • 06Replication status: what was repeated, what changed and what remains open.

No data, no claim. Planned, estimated, demo and derived values stay labelled separately from measured results.

TEST METHOD

Build → test → measure → improve.

Each result is a step in a repeatable learning loop. We document what happened instead of protecting an idea from the evidence.

01 · BuildSet up the component, module or system with a defined purpose.
02 · TestRun a bounded procedure with safety controls and a known configuration.
03 · MeasureCapture inputs, outputs, units, timestamps and raw observations.
04 · ImproveChange one variable or repair one weakness at a time.
05 · DocumentPublish method, calculations, uncertainty, limits and conclusion.
06 · ReplicateRepeat the result before it earns a stronger evidence label.

Evidence boundary: A test result describes one setup and one set of conditions. It is not a universal performance guarantee, certification or substitute for professional engineering review.

TEST LANES

A result appears only after the record exists.

These lanes organize the next physical evaluations. A lane marked TEST QUEUE is not a LAB TESTED claim and does not promise a result.

Energy testing bench for power input and output measurements
ENERGY · TEST QUEUE

Energy input and output

Measure voltage, current, storage, recovery and efficiency under a defined low-voltage setup.

Record open
Water testing setup for flow and filtration measurements
WATER · TEST QUEUE

Water flow and filtration

Record source quality, flow, pressure, recovery, maintenance and the limits of each setup.

Record open
Food growing lab setup for light, water and yield measurements
FOOD · TEST QUEUE

Food growing inputs

Compare light, water, nutrients, labour and yield without hiding seasonal or site conditions.

Record open
Shelter and comfort test setup
SHELTER · TEST QUEUE

Shelter and comfort

Evaluate heat, light, storage, air movement and material choices against a clear operating brief.

Record open
Workshop test setup for tool performance and repair
TOOLS · TEST QUEUE

Tools and repair

Test task time, repeatability, consumables, maintenance and whether a tool extends service life.

Record open
Resilience test setup for backup and emergency layers
RESILIENCE · TEST QUEUE

Backup and resilience

Document runtime, readiness, storage, recovery and the conditions that determine real usefulness.

Record open

There are no published product-level LAB TESTED claims until the corresponding record includes raw observations, calculations, limits and a conclusion. A commercial link cannot substitute for that record.

RESULT STATUS

Say exactly what the evidence says.

These labels prevent a demonstration, estimate or calculation from being mistaken for a measured physical result.

01 · MEASURED

Observed with instruments

Values were physically observed under named conditions, with units and timestamps.

02 · DERIVED

Calculated from data

A formula transforms measured inputs; the calculation and assumptions remain visible.

03 · ESTIMATED

Useful, but not measured

An assumption, range or model helps plan the next test without pretending to be a result.

04 · DEMO

Function shown

A demonstration confirms an operation or interaction, not endurance, efficiency or output.

05 · REPLICATED

Repeated with a comparison

The procedure was repeated or independently checked, with changes and variation recorded.

06 · OPEN

Question remains open

Missing data, conflicting observations or a safety boundary keeps the conclusion provisional.

EVIDENCE HIERARCHY

Commercial access never raises evidence.

These labels separate research, physical testing and real infrastructure use. A supplier, affiliate or sponsor relationship stays outside the evidence ladder.

RECOMMENDED

Researched and selected

A product has a clear use case, a visible source and enough information to justify a shortlist entry.

LAB TESTED

Physically evaluated

Sustainable Oasis ran a bounded physical evaluation with conditions, measurements, calculations and limits visible.

OASIS PROVEN

Operating in real infrastructure

The product or system is successfully operating in documented Sustainable Oasis infrastructure, with performance and limits visible.

DISCLOSURE

Commercial relationship visible

Affiliate, partner, direct, unavailable and coming-soon states are labelled and never presented as test evidence.

SUGGEST A TEST

What should we measure next?

Send a product, kit or system and the question you want answered. We will turn the suggestion into a bounded test brief before any result is published.

  • 01Name the capability and the decision the result should support.
  • 02Share the product, setup, source or field condition to evaluate.
  • 03Tell us which input, output, failure mode or limit matters most.

This form collects research interest only. It does not certify a product, collect payment or promise publication.

FROM TEST TO DEPLOYED

Turn evidence into the next useful layer.

Move from a measured result to a documented component, kit, system and—when the evidence supports it—a repeatable infrastructure plan.
