REVENUE · LICENSING & REPLICATION

Build the model.
License the method.

A transparent pathway for organizations, educators and builders who want to use selected Sustainable Oasis content, methods or system patterns under a defined agreement.

Licensing is not a certification, engineering approval, franchise, investment offer or guarantee of performance. Every use requires written scope, attribution, safety review and agreement before deployment. Availability and terms are discussed case by case.

THE REPLICATION MODEL

The goal is repeatability—not copy-and-paste.

Sustainable Oasis develops ideas into evidence, knowledge, offers, infrastructure and replication. Licensing lets a qualified partner use defined materials while keeping claims bounded and local adaptation visible.

Sustainable Oasis infrastructure pathways ready for responsible local replication

What a responsible licence must answer.

  • 01Asset — identify the exact content, trademark, method, plan or template.
  • 02Scope — define territory, language, audience, term and channels.
  • 03Adaptation — state what the partner may change and what must remain.
  • 04Evidence — separate documented claims from hypotheses still under study.
  • 05Safety — assign local code, engineering, permits and product responsibilities.
  • 06Stewardship — define attribution, updates, review and exit terms.

A licence grants defined use rights; it does not transfer ownership, create professional advice, or permit unverified claims.

REPLICATION PATHWAY

From knowledge to a local Sustainable Oasis implementation.

Question → Baseline → Prototype → Measure → Document. Then a partner can evaluate whether a defined licence is appropriate.

01 · QuestionDefine the need and audience.
02 · BaselineRecord local conditions and constraints.
03 · PrototypeBuild a bounded pilot.
04 · MeasureCollect evidence and limits.
05 · DocumentProduce reproducible materials.
06 · LicenceAgree rights, duties and review.

Licensing boundary: Every licence starts with a reviewable scope. Commercial terms never change the evidence standard.

LICENSING PATHWAYS

Move a defined asset into responsible use.

These pathways describe the kinds of rights we may scope with a partner. They are starting points, not automatic offers, certifications or approvals.

Sustainable Oasis educational and living-lab content
LICENSING PATHWAY

Educational content and book rights

Permission to use defined excerpts, lesson materials or chapter-derived educational formats with attribution and version control.

Sustainable Oasis brand and infrastructure identity
LICENSING PATHWAY

Brand and identity use

Defined use of Sustainable Oasis names, marks and visual assets for approved projects; no implied endorsement.

Sustainable Oasis system and infrastructure patterns
LICENSING PATHWAY

System and infrastructure patterns

License documented design patterns, build notes or operating frameworks after technical and site review.

Sustainable Oasis workshop and training format
LICENSING PATHWAY

Workshop and training formats

Use a defined curriculum, workshop flow or facilitation package with local safety and accessibility review.

Sustainable Oasis data templates and documentation
LICENSING PATHWAY

Data, templates and documentation

Share templates, registers, measurement forms and reporting structures with version and attribution controls.

Sustainable Oasis replication partnership pathway
LICENSING PATHWAY

Replication partnerships

Explore territory-specific partnership structures when a documented pathway is ready to be adapted.

A pathway description is not a licence. Written scope, attribution, safety responsibility, evidence boundaries and commercial terms must be reviewed before any use.

LICENSING STANDARD

Rights are specific. Responsibilities are visible.

A licence should make use easier to govern, not blur accountability.

01 · Defined asset

Exact materials named

The files, marks, methods, plans or templates covered by the licence are listed precisely.

02 · Limited scope

Territory and term are clear

Audience, language, channels, territory, duration and renewal boundaries are visible.

03 · Attribution

Source and version stay visible

Ownership, attribution and version control protect both the creator and the local user.

04 · Local review

Code and safety remain local

Permits, engineering, accessibility, installation and product responsibilities stay with qualified parties.

05 · Evidence discipline

Claims remain bounded

Commercial permission never upgrades a hypothesis into a test result, certification or guarantee.

06 · Stewardship

Updates and exit are planned

Reporting, corrections, future versions, termination and responsible withdrawal are defined.

COMMERCIAL BOUNDARIES

A licence is permission—not proof.

Commercial rights do not turn a concept into a certified design or a tested outcome.

LICENSED USE

Permission within scope

A partner may use a defined asset under agreed rights, territory, term, attribution and responsibilities.

RECOMMENDED

Research-selected

A concept or component has a clear use case and source; it is not necessarily tested in our lab.

LAB TESTED

Measured in bounded conditions

A product or system was evaluated under documented Sustainable Oasis conditions and limits.

OASIS PROVEN

Operating in a documented pathway

The asset has moved beyond a concept into a documented kit, system or infrastructure route; local review still applies.

REQUEST A LICENCE / REPLICATION REVIEW

Have a concrete use in mind?

Send the organization, asset, territory, language, term and intended adaptation; we will review fit, evidence, safety and scope.

  • 01Describe the partner, audience and project.
  • 02Identify the asset and rights requested.
  • 03Include location, timeline and safety constraints.

This form starts a conversation only. It is not an offer, grant, franchise, certification or agreement.

FROM KNOWLEDGE TO REPLICATION

Make the next useful implementation possible.

Move from a defined asset to a bounded pilot, documented evidence and a responsible local agreement.
