Before we build, we ask.
- 01Mission — what should become safer, simpler, more resilient or more abundant?
- 02Users & context — who operates, maintains, learns from or depends on the project?
- 03Constraints — what do site, climate, access, regulations, skills, time and budget allow?
- 04System boundary — which energy, water, food, shelter, mobility or automation layers belong in scope?
- 05Test plan — what is the smallest useful prototype and what evidence would change the decision?
- 06Decision gate — what earns a quote, specialist review, pilot, pause or the next phase?
A prototype should make uncertainty smaller, not hide it. Assumptions, safety questions, responsibilities and open decisions stay visible from the first conversation.
